Zola DE:CO Powder for eyebrows
Professional 2-in-1 coloring powder is designed to lighten your own melanin and to remove accumulated artificial pigment from eyebrow hairs of all types.
When mixed with an oxidizing emulsion (1.8 and 3%), it forms a homogeneous creamy consistency that is easily distributed over the hairs and does not spread.
The product works very delicately:
