Elan Keratin Cleaner Eyebrow and Eyelash Degreaser
A delicate product for degreasing eyebrows and eyelashes before the coloring procedure, as well as removing traces of pencil or marking paste when drawing the shape of the eyebrows.
The toner delicately and effectively degreases and cleanses eyebrow hairs, eyelashes and skin without damaging them. The soy, silk and hydrolyzed keratin proteins contained in the product help to strengthen the hairs. Sorbitol and urea moisturize and nourish the skin.
