Exchange and Return Policy

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," customers have the right to exchange or return non-food products purchased from the Lash&Like store within 14 days of purchase, provided all legal requirements are met.

Products that CANNOT be exchanged/returned

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," a product cannot be exchanged or returned if:

  • The product has already been used and shows scratches, chips, or scuffs;
  • The product’s packaging is damaged or missing;
  • The product falls under the list of items not subject to exchange/return.

The following product categories are not subject to exchange/return:


  • Disposable materials;
  • Personal-use items (brushes, brush sets, sponges);
  • Products in aerosol packaging;
  • Hair accessories;
  • Skincare and body care products.

Please check the parcel upon receiving it at the Nova Poshta branch for packaging integrity, condition, and the presence of all items listed in the receipt.

If any items listed in the receipt are missing from the parcel, contact our managers immediately at the Nova Poshta branch and report the incorrect order completion. The manager will provide further instructions.

In case of damage to the parcel or its contents during delivery, you must file a damage claim at the Nova Poshta branch and inform our managers via the store hotline.

By accepting the parcel from the Nova Poshta branch, you automatically agree to the quality and completeness of the items. Please ensure you check your order upon receipt. Otherwise, the online store is not responsible for the parcel's condition or completeness.

To process an exchange/return through Nova Poshta:

  1. Notify the manager about the need for an exchange/return and the reason;
  2. Send the product via Nova Poshta using the details provided by the store manager. Shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or staff errors;
  3. Managers will receive your return/exchange and check the parcel for compliance with the exchange and return policy;
  4. For exchanges, warehouse staff will ship the replacement product to the provided address.
  5. For refunds, the manager will request the accounting department to process the refund. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.

All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or warehouse errors.

IMPORTANT! All manufacturers reserve the right to modify product packaging, design, and specifications at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not degrade product quality.
