Elan Flash Tint — Eyebrow and Eyelash Tint, 10 ml
An innovative occlusive tint of a new generation, ready to use — no oxidant required. Thanks to its unique formula, it provides coloring in just 1–15 minutes, depending on skin type and hair structure.
The tint has a natural pH level, does not dry out the skin, and is free from PPD, ammonia, and ethanolamine. It delivers an even, rich color and a pleasant aroma.
