Oxidizing emulsion 2% Elan
Oxidizing emulsion 2% is one of the components of the author's eyebrow coloring system, the SMART Eyebrow Coloring System. It is designed for mixing with Deep Brow Tint 2.0 eyebrow color and Eyebrow Tint Color Booster 2.0 concentrates. It provides perfect coloring results due to its balanced composition and soft creamy texture.
The ready-made coloring mixture has a neutral hydrogen pH, so the coloring procedure does not injure hairs and does not dry out the skin.
Shelf life: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening the package: 6 months.
