Oxidizer 1% by Elan
The oxidizer is designed to be mixed with the ELAN professional line Gel Eyebrow Color.

 
Method of application of Oxidizer 1% by Elan:
The mixing ratio is 1:1. For professional use only. Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions for use. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase the risk of allergies.  

Precautions when using Oxidizer 1% by Elan:
The oxidizer contains hydrogen peroxide. The eyebrow gel color contains phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluene diamines). Before use, 48 hours in advance, perform an allergic reaction test: mix 2 drops of the color and the oxidizer and apply the mixture to a small area of the skin of the elbow bend. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you can start painting.

Wear protective gloves. Do not use metal objects when working with the product. Do not use for eyelash coloring. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after application. In case of allergic reaction, consult a dermatologist.

 
Expiration date: 24 months. 
Shelf life after opening the package: 3 months.
