Instructions for Okis Clean Tonic cleansing tonic for eyebrows and eyelashes
apply the tonic to a cotton pad/stick and remove the remnants of lamination/glue/Botox/dye/henna from the eyebrows or eyelashes. Does not require rinsing with water.
Suitable for use in home care, as a toner after makeup removal.
